Colour: garnet and deep, with beautiful glimmers

Aroma: rich, with a ripe character, dominated by jammy nuances of juicy ripe sour cherry and fresh tinges of ground peppers, with chocolate, caramel, spicy and vanilla undertones in the flavour

Taste: very harmonious and balanced, with a juicy feeling, pleasant freshness and soft ripe tannins, and a lingering fruity and juicy finish

Mature: the wine has matured for 12 months in new and old barrels of french oak and has a potential to age in a bottle for up to 5 years

Serving temperature: 16-18°С

Food pairing suggestions: an excellent accompaniment to spicy minced meat dishes, stewed red meat with flavourings, lamb meat courses with spicy sauces, flavoured soft cheese
